Product has not disappointed
I wanted a longer lasting, quality product that I could use instead of regular supermarket insulated bag. I also wanted a bag that looked good since I was paying more for the product. This cooler bag looks great and is very well made. I have only used it twice so far, but it has done the job it was intended for, and I think the zippers, seams and lining will outlast the supermarket insulated bags that I've purchased in the past.
