Whilst they're not 100% plastic free (they're bonded with a resin which is technically a type of plastic), they're definitely an upgrade to a polyethylene or polypropylene board

Best chopping board ever!

This board is amazing! It's super tough, doesn't scratch, any food including meat juices washes off easily, without any food or bacteria seeping into the board. Dishwasher proof also!

Made from compressed wood, without having any wood finish or texture! It's the best on the market ☺️

As described but I would not recommend

These boards are as described (slim, light, non-porous, appears to be dishwasher safe) and came in good condition, packaged well, however I won't be using them.They feel like they will be very harsh on knives.

It feels similar to using a glass chopping board - the knife almost bounces back at you. Very "slippy" when cutting meat or fish, and extremely tricky for fine mincing (e.g. finely chopped garlic or onion) because there's zero give.Makes an awful clacking sound against the knife.

To be clear, this is not a problem with Seed & Sprout - they offer great service, delivery and packing, it's just that this product doesn't suit me at all.
