What You Get

1 x Wood Fibre Chopping Board in either Small, Medium or Large | 80% pine wood, 20% resin

The Eucalyptus Chopping Board is designed with a black core and a green surface layer. Both layers are made from the same durable mix of 80% pine fibre and 20% resin. With use, scratches may reveal the black layer beneath. This is a natural feature of the board’s design and does not affect its strength or safety.

Whilst they're not 100% plastic free (they're bonded with a resin which is technically a type of plastic), they're definitely an upgrade to a polyethylene or polypropylene board

How big is your large chopping board?

Our largest chopping board is 44cm by 32cm and is only 6mm thick. In our opinion it's the best chopping board out of the three!

So far so good

The chopping boards are really easy to clean, which is great, and they are light and easy to use. One of mine arrived slightly bent but the excellent people at Seed and Sprout send me a new one. I have one concern that they might be damaging to my knives? Unlike wood, there is no ‘give’ to the chopping boards and I feel like the knives might get blunt quicker. However, so far so good….

Worth the $

I've been looking for some good chopping boards for a while now. Wanted plastic free so went bamboo but don't last very long. Tried on of these and will never look back! Not only do they look sleek but they are slim so easy to store, are dishwasher safe and don't leech any harmful chemicals. So it's a win win win! If you're on the fence, try them. You won't regret it!

High quality, strong set

Impressed by this set of chopping boards. I’m replacing an old set of plastic boards, and these are really nice. Thinner than I expected, stable, flat and have been great so far. Wash well in the dishwasher, although the biggest size doesn’t fit in our dishwasher.
