Our Chopping Boards are made from a durable blend of 80% pine wood fibre and 20% food-grade resin. The Eucalyptus Chopping Board features this same material in a two-layer design, with a black core beneath a green surface layer. With regular use, knife marks and surface scratches will naturally appear on all boards, and on the Eucalyptus version, this wear may reveal the black core layer beneath. These marks are a normal characteristic of the material and design, and do not affect the boards' durability, food safety, or functionality.
