Our Konjac sponge is the perfect way to gently cleanse and exfoliate your skin and stimulate blood flow in a natural way.

Did you know that these clever sponges could replace your cleanser and exfoliator? The charcoal in these Konjac sponges can help tackle acne-prone and problematic skin. Being pH neutral means they help to maintain the natural ph levels of the skin, protecting it from bacterial and environmental damage.

Traditionally used in Japan, the Konjac sponge is naturally derived from the Konjac vegetable plant root, making it vegan, sustainable and compostable!

This sponge is an absolute favourite of our team - we love to use ours with The Face Bar for clear, clean & happy skin (and planet!) and finish off with The Moisturiser to start or finish our day with max hydration!

Why We Love It

This sponge is our best kept secret! Our team LOVE using the Konjac sponge as part of their daily self care routine. It feels beautiful on your skin, is suitable for all skin types (even delicate skin) and you will love it's gentle exfoliation. You can use the sponge with or without your favourite cleanser. It also helps to reduce the amount of cleanser required. We recommend pairing the Konjac Sponge with our Face Bar for ultimate pampering that doesn't cost the planet. Now in four colours!

Use & Care

The sponge will be hard when dry. Rinse before use and squeeze a few times gently until it softens. Massage into skin in circular motions either on its own or with a small amount of cleanser (you can lather our Face Bar directly onto the sponge too!). Rinse sponge after use and hang to dry. Will last up to 3 months with daily use. Dispose of it in your home compost at the end of it's life.

Our Konjac sponge can be used everyday, morning and night.

How do I use the Konjac Sponge?

Simply run or soak the sponge underwater until it expands and softens. Then simply use the sponge to gently wash your face.

How often should I replace the sponge?

We recommend every 4-8 weeks, depending on use. As the sponge is a natural material you may see it start to break down after continuous use.

Revolutionised my skin care routine!

I wish I had stumbled upon the Konjac Sponge years ago. I have combination/oily skin, I had been struggling to find a gentle exfoliating face wash that I didn’t have adverse effects from, enter Konjac Sponge, it is soft and leaves my skin feeling fresh, light and soft to the touch. It has cleared my breakouts when paired with The Charcoal Face Bar and The Face Bar on rotation.
