Every September, I get excited at the prospect of a good Spring Clean. Not just my spaces but my body too. It's a great time to be extra mindful about everything we surround ourselves with and everything we put into our bodies. Spring is a the perfect time for us to hit reset, clear out the old, and welcome in the new. This September, I invite you to join me every week as I focus on detoxing a different part of my life—not just our bodies, but our entire living spaces.

Why Detox?

Detoxing is about more than just cleansing; it's an opportunity to start fresh. Whether it's the cleaning products under your sink, the food storage habits in your kitchen, or even the way you care for your body, detoxing is a way to remove toxins that may be holding you back. I like to think of it as the perfect opportunity to simplify and create space for what truly matters my your life.

Every Spring, I take stock of what harmful chemicals, unnecessary clutter, and unhealthy habits have crept into my life. I aim for a healthier, more sustainable way of living. Food Storage: Next, we’ll declutter your kitchen and rethink food storage. It’s time to say goodbye to single-use plastics and hello to reusable, sustainable options that keep your food fresh without harming the environment.

Your Cooking: Healthy eating starts in the kitchen, so let’s look at ways to detox your food. From climatarian diets to delicious and nutritious recipes that'll have your body humming!

Your Body: Finally, we’ll turn our attention to self-care. Detoxing isn’t just about what you put in your body—it’s also about how you care for it. We’ll share tips on natural body products, mindful practices, and how to nourish yourself from the inside out.
