Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Seed & Sprout Pty Ltd, trading as Seed & Sprout, Australia.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Seed & Sprout and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
To be eligible, entrants must be subscribed to Seed & Sprout’s email or SMS marketing at the time of the draw.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 January 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for every order of $149 AUD or more (excluding shipping) placed on seedsprout.com.au during the Promotion Period.
No additional entry form is required.
5. Prize Details
There are ten (10) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a $200 Seed & Sprout Lunch Voucher, redeemable online at seedsprout.com.au.

Vouchers can be used across Seed & Sprout lunch products, including kids and adult lunchware.

Vouchers are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Prize Draw & Winner Notification
The prize draw will take place on 5 February 2026 at Seed & Sprout HQ.
Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their order within 5 business days of the draw.
Winners’ first name and state may be published on Seed & Sprout’s website and/or social media channels.
7. Prize Conditions

Vouchers will be issued electronically.

Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of issue unless otherwise stated.

Any unused balance will be forfeited after expiry.
8. Subscription Requirement
By entering, entrants acknowledge they must be subscribed to Seed & Sprout email or SMS marketing communications at the time of the draw. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the draw has concluded.
