Use & Care

- Simply fill up your sink with water, shake the Bar around under the surface, then go ahead and give your produce a good wash. We like to use our Vegetable Brush or Pot Scrubber for this, or you can rub the Bar directly onto your apples, celery and everything in between. Ensure you rinse everything thoroughly before storing or eating. The best part is, this Bar won't leave any aftertaste on your produce, it'll taste just like it should.

What's in our Vege Bar?

The Heroes

Sodium Cocoate: Forming the base of all of Seed & Sprout's cleansing products, sodium cocoyl isethionate (sodium cocoate) is a mild and eco-friendly alternative to SLS. Surfactants form micelles around dirt and excess oil, allowing the debris to be washed away with water.

Sodium Bicarbonate: Sodium bicarbonate is a powerful cleaning agent that cuts through dirt and grease when mixed with water for effective removal. It also balances the skin's pH, making it inhospitable for harmful bacteria.

Lemon Peel Oil: Refreshing and uplifting, lemon essential oil adds another dimension to our products and is naturally antibacterial.

Perfect addition to healthy living

I finally got around to using this (they were lost amongst moving houses) and now I can't wash my fruits and vegetables any other way. Fruits and vegetables come out clean without residue and nasty smells from non-natural alternatives.
