Featuring two unique blends; Wategos & Hinterland, these teas have been designed to support your mind, body & beyond throughout the festive season.
Did you know that some tea bags can contain microplastics? This means tiny pieces of plastic particles might end up in your cup after brewing your favourite tea! That’s why we love this loose leaf tea blend, and why we wanted to collaborate with local Byron Bay brand, Mayde Tea.
Made using certified organic ingredients, handmade and free from artificial colours and flavours we’re so excited to bring you this delicious Wategos blend that is perfect for you or a gift this holiday season.
Designed to be enjoyed in the morning (or throughout the day should you wish) this inviting flavour is uplifting and can be enjoyed hot or iced. Including hibiscus which is high in antioxidants and gives the tea it’s beautiful colour and ginger and cinnamon which help warm up the body from the inside out, improving circulation and energy.
This beautiful blend is housed in glass jars and features labels made right here in Australia using compostable materials. We encourage you to reuse the vessel to refill your tea over and over again! We also opted to use cork liners under the lids in this collaboration, making them plastic-free.

The Ingredients & Their Benefits
Lemongrass: Lemongrass has a cooling energy and has been known to assist with stomach cramps and spasms, plus reduce bloating and flatulence. It's also commonly used to improve the production of energy. Lemongrass is high in antioxidants. Antioxidants are commonly known to protect cells from damage caused by oxidation.
Papaya: Papaya fruit is an excellent source of folate and vitamins C, A and E. It also contains calcium, iron, riboflavin, thiamin and niacin. Papaya is very rich in the antioxidant nutrients flavonoids and carotenes.
Ginger: Ginger is considered a stimulating tonic for the digestive system. It has been used for relief from cramping, gas and nausea throughout history. Ginger has been indicated as an aid for motion sickness and morning sickness in pregnancy for hundreds of years. Ginger can help to detoxify the body from toxins and stimulates oxygen transport through the body to improve energy.
Cinnamon: Cinnamon is known to assist in balancing blood sugar levels and warming the digestive tract for improved digestion. The volatile oils in cinnamon are antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. Cinnamon is considered to be an overall body tonic.
Hibiscus: Hibiscus has traditionally been used to regulate fluid balance and promote overall health. It has been found to improve skin conditions, promote adequate circulation and improve digestive issues. These amazing benefits come from the phytochemistry of the plants, as it contains citric acid, malic acid, anthocyanins and quercetin.
