This toothbrush is a great shape with soft bristles for small mouths. It has an easy to hold bamboo handle and is a great way to reduce your plastic footprint.

Use & Care

Our toothbrush handle is biodegradable and can be buried in the garden or placed in your compost. The bristles are nylon and will need to be removed before composting the handle. To remove the nylon, either pull out the bristles or cut off the head.

How often should I change the toothbrush?

It is generally recommend that toothbrushes are to be replaced approximately every 3-4 months.

How can I clean the toothbrush inbetween brushes?

Some methods we like to use to clean our toothbrushes are: placing the toothbrush head in boiling water for a few minutes then remove and dry or; you can make a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to soak the toothbrush in. Once the toothbrush has been soaking for a few minutes rinse thoroughly and place the toothbrush in a dry spot

Is the whole toothbrush compostable?

The body of the toothbrush is home compostable. However, prior to placing in your compost please either snap or remove the bristles from the body, as these are not compostable.
