How much is shipping within Australia?

Standard Shipping:

$10 Flat Rate
Timeframes: Australia Post Standard Metro 3-6 business days, Australia Post Standard Regional: 4-13 business days. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details. 

Express Shipping:

$15 Flat Rate
Timeframes: Australia Post Express metro 1-3 business days, Australia Post Express Regional: 2-5 business days.

If you need a gift in a hurry, we have a range of gift cards offering total flexibility. 

How much is international shipping?

International shipping is a flat fee per order under 10kg with both standard and express options as outlined below.

International shipping costs (calculated in your selected currency):

New Zealand:    Standard Tracked Shipping - $20 Express Tracked Shipping - $30   Worldwide:   Standard Tracked Shipping - $30  Express Tracked Shipping - $40

*If your International order is over 10kg additional shipping costs may apply - our Customer Care team will be in touch if additional payment is required.

 *Please note that due to COVID-19 there are restrictions on some countries receiving international mail, if you are concerned about your order delivery please contact us at and we will happily assist.

*Please note all international orders are subject to import and/or customs charges, which the receiver/customer is liable for. Seed & Sprout cannot be responsible for these additional charges.

I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

Generally, we ship within 1-2 business days, and we'll send Express Orders same or next day. If your order is urgent contact us and we'll see what we can do :)

How long until I receive my order?

For Domestic orders with Standard Shipping:
Australia Post standard metro 3-6 business days, Australia Post Standard Regional: 4-13 business days.

For Domestic orders with Express Shipping:
Australia Post Express metro 1-3 business days, Australia Post Express Regional: 2-5 business days.

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered.

Please order carefully, as we DO NOT split orders once they have been placed.

However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!) , you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order.

I'd like to use Afterpay but it's not working/sending me in a loop?

Please try your email address instead of phone number in the checkout. Afterpay does not work without an email address. 

Vouchers/Promo codes

How do I use a gift voucher/promo code?

Once you have checked out, on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says ‘Discount’- enter your code there and press Apply. During promotional periods we reserve the right to disable gift cards and discount codes.  

My promo code/gift voucher isn’t working!

Please firstly check you’ve entered the code in the right case (upper or lower), secondly, check the expiry of the code from the source of the code, or contact us. If a product is on sale we reserve the right to disable discount codes. 

How many codes can we use in one order?

We can only use one code at a time. Better check which code you have can give you the bigger discount!

    How is silicone different to plastic?

    Although they share some similar characteristics, silicone is essentially a synthetic rubber. We use it for its highly durable, nonstick, stain-resistant, hard-wearing characteristics. It also cools quickly and tolerates extremes of temperature. Due to its durability it can be used for a long period of time, eliminating the need for single use plastics. 

    All of our silicone products and silicone components have all been tested and FDA Certified and comply with the Australian Standard AS2070:1999

    Our products are designed by us in Byron Bay, Australia and made for us by manufacturing partners in Australia, Taiwan, China and India.
