How long will the sponge last?

Depending on how often you use them, they can last months. Just clean and disinfect them how you would normal sponges.

Why are cellulose sponges better than normal sponges?

Our cellulose sponges are made from wood fibers and although man-made, they’re far more eco-friendly than plastic ones since they are compostable and go through a far less toxic manufacturing process.

Do they contain the antibacterial chemical Triclosan?

No, they do not contain Triclosan

Good

I like this sponge, but the scourer isn't as good as I'd hoped - there needs to be a lot of pressure to really get it to scour well, but it's okay for minor jobs. I do love that I'll be able to throw in the compost once it's reached the end of its use. Seems to be holding up well after a couple of weeks. Dries out fairly quickly too, so haven't had any issues with mould.

Compostable sponge set

I really like these sponges, so much better than the plastic ones i used to buy. I just wish it had a little more scrubbing power, it tries its hardest but then i just scrub with more of me then it does the trick.
