How long will the sponge last?

Depending on how often you use them, they can last months. Just clean and disinfect them how you would normal sponges.

Why are cellulose sponges better than normal sponges?

Our cellulose sponges are made from wood fibers and although man-made, they’re far more eco-friendly than plastic ones since they are compostable and go through a far less toxic manufacturing process.

Do they contain the antibacterial chemical Triclosan?

No, they do not contain Triclosan

So good!

I love these! The scourer is great for scrubbing stubborn food stains especially on silicone, while the sponge was good for glasses. Just hoping they would last longer than a month.

A kitchen necessity!

I absolutely LOVE these sponges! Not going to lie, at first, I was a little bit sceptical as they are a little bit different to normal supermarket sponges, but I am completely converted and I love them. I have ordered these so many times now, and I will continue to do so!

Yes, they are a little pricey, but the price is completely justified when they last as long as they do. With the old sponges are used to use, I would burn through them and have to change sponges at least every couple of days because they would tear and stain easily - but with these, I don’t seem to have that issue. One sponge can last for weeks and they don’t stain at all. I just put a little bit of dish liquid and clean them with hot water every day or two. Great product!

Absolutely love them.

I love this sponge. Beats the plastic ones I used to buy by a mile. The rough side cleans burnt on stains so well, while the sponge side is better for coated cast iron products. Unlike the plastic ones, these don't smell as much, and when they do, I just wash them with a bit of soap, hang them out to dry and they're perfect again. They last a fair bit longer too. It just feels different in your hands, and best of all, I just bury them in the garden and they'll continue to give back to the earth.
