The only frame here that’s throwing me off is the last one. I can try to guess that the notes that have the red over them is what the user played wrong. If that is what you are trying to communicate maybe it’d be better to make that more clear.

I definitely see the mental rhythms objective played out with the car driving through the notes and the illuminated bars on each note. I think the car screen is well thought out and makes this foreign language more easily understood. I’m not quite sure if the last screen is communicating the same as the car screen or not, it seems a little too simple and doesn’t have enough visual language for a child to latch on to.

This looks very polished and put together. I understand what is going on, is the final screen where you have made mistakes?
I enjoy the feel of the screen it doesnt seem to overwhelming, this is something you will be watching while multi-tasking..

Looks very nice, visually. The car metaphor really works out great, a very nice way to visualise the timing and pace of the music. I don’t really get the last screen though, were the times off and you got it wrong? What do the green things mean at the top?

I really like the stylistic direction you’re heading in. I like how you have everything centered so that it should translate well whether in landscape or portrait mode. Your layout is also simple and pleasing to look at.

The car is working a whole lot better for me now. I think that all of the scenery was pretty distracting before, but you seem to have narrowed it down pretty well.
If the last screen is telling you where your mistakes are, though (I think so), you may actually want a little MORE information there. It’s a little difficult to parse at first glance even for someone who’s pretty familiar with musical rhythms.
