1. Knowledge, skills and attitudes learned:

Attitude is the main focus here. This program will teach its user how to develop a work ethic for exercising and eating right through personalized motivation tools. Greater success in achieving fitness goals will be achieved through proper exercise techniques (skills) and knowledge of caloric and nutritional content of certain foods.

2. What is observable and measurable.

This one is easy. Weight and body fat /muscle content in the individuals participating. That is the true proof in the pudding.

3. Represent Discreet Units of Instruction:

Behavioral modification should include frequent, effective exercise paired with better eating. This will be motivated (if the idea is implemented by HMOs) by insurance discounts. Wouldn’t you be more likely to exercise if you were getting paid?

4.Clearly communicate expectations to learner. (See 3).
