Talking about the whole sleep thing with Lauren helped me realize how I can flesh out what the app would do and help you do at the same time. Maybe the app, when you open it, gives you a quick questionnaire. It will include questions that help you determine things like how stressed you are, how much sleep you get, etc. It could also tell you what you’re doing wrong and then follow that by giving you tips and techniques to correct it.
-How/what you associate your bed/sleep with
-why different things affect your sleep and sleep habits
-The number of hours of sleep you need
-Somehow help you plan sleep/waking
